The Quiet Phil Ivey
Wednesday, November 12th, 2008Phil Ivey started his poker career in 2002 at the age of 26. In that year alone, he had won a total of three WSOP bracelets. As far as high profile games go, Ivey is the most prolific player around. He is active on the WPT, EPT and the European Masters as well as other tournaments.
He has announced that he’ll be concentrating more on cash games in the future. This came as a surprise to some in the pro poker circuit. His most stunning win is with Andy Beal where he took home $16 million.
